Accessibility

We want jobchalk.com and the JobChalk app to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or captions. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA.

What we do

• Every page works with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
• Pictures of the app have text descriptions.
• Every moving picture has a pause button, and nothing moves if your device asks for reduced motion.
• Text and buttons have strong contrast, and the pages still work when zoomed to 200 percent.
• Form fields have labels, and errors are announced.
